After many comments and requests from users from around the world, I’ve decided to develop another version of steering column. This one is very easy to remove for transferring or for transportation.
As you can see from my Blog, I really like travelling. I like outdoor activities. Being in a wheelchair didn’t mean that I can’t go out or enjoy things, but my options were limited, even when using an electric wheelchair. Whenever I went somewhere with my friends, we always had to stick to pavements or we had to view things from the car, unless I had an all – terrain off road wheelchair, which was too heavy to transport!
I was walking my dog in the countryside and decide to take a shortcut through a field on my normal i2 tires. No problem passing. I think my dog is one of the greatest fans of the Blumil. Now she has a chance to cover vast distances with me. Riding through the field was actually a fantastic experience, and it wouldn’t have been possible on a regular or electric wheelchair.
In my first blog post I want to tell you a bit about myself, so you will have a better perspective when reading my next ones. I have been using a manual or electric wheelchair for the past twenty years, but I keep travelling and finding new places!
It’s not winter anymore in Poland, but since in the beginning of the year I was in the mountains and took some pics, I decided to share them with you. Look how lovely it was to ride my Blumil x2 electric wheelchair. It really was amazing fun, but – with some precautions taken!
